SMS Messages
FieldPanel sends SMS messages only to business owners who have verbally authorized a FieldPanel representative to send them a one-time sign-in link during a live phone call. We do not collect SMS consent through any web form, and we do not send marketing or bulk SMS messages.
FieldPanel may send SMS from either of two phone numbers (one toll-free, one local) operated by FieldPanel. To opt out:
- Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us (opts you out from both numbers)
- Reply HELP to any SMS message for help
- Email us at support@fieldpanel.com
